How Can We Be Sure This?

Hair Extensions Direct is purely an online store so we can pass on to our clients the savings of not having to pay high retail rents or extra salespeople. We also buy hair extensions directly from the manufacturer so we cut out the middleman. We keep our margins very low so our prices are more inline with wholesale rates rather than retail prices.

Returns and Exchanges

At Hair Extensions Direct we understand that purchasing hair extensions over the Internet can be a little challenging. We attempt to make it as easy and uncomplicated as possible for our consumers to exchange or return hair extensions.


Should you wish to exchange your purchase, Hair extensions direct will provide you with a 100% credit for the cost of the hair extension excluding postage. This credit will be applied to your new order and you will be contacted to discuss how you would like to us to settle any price difference.


We are happy to provide a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the colour or quality of your Hair Extensions and can not find a suitable alternative for exchange. Refunds will incur a restocking fee which is 15% of the purchase price of the Hair Extensions or a flat fee of $25 ,which ever is the lower (refunds exclude postage charges and any payment transaction fees). The restocking fee is needed to help cover administrative and processing costs associated with returned items.

Special Orders

In case you are looking for a particular piece that you cannot find on our website, Hair Extensions may be able to specially order a piece for you. It may take up to three weeks depending on the manufacturer. A 30% Deposit is required initially and the balance payable when the item is ready to be dispatched.

Hair Extensions Direct will accept Returns and Exchanges for special orders, however they will incur a 30% restocking fee.



Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted with out an RA Number and any item received without an RA Number supplied by Hair Extensions Direct may be returned to sender if they are not contactable or have not contacted Hair extensions Direct prior to the returning the item to make other arrangements.

Return / Exchange requests should be made within 3 days of taking delivery. From their normal delivery times for returns will be allowed based on your location and return method.


Wigs Online Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions:

Hair Extensions Direct will only accept Returns for items that are still in resalable condition and meet the following terms:

1. All Original Packaging must be returned with the item with no Rips, Tears or Cuts to the packaging.

2. Items will not have been worn except for the purpose of determining its suitability. Hence items should not have a worn smell e.g. Perfume, Smoke etc..

3. All Labels must still be attached and all Tags included in the packaging.

4. Items must not be damaged or altered in anyway.

5. Accessories and all Items Purchased from the Clearance items / Specials Section are non returnable.

All contact information is safely and securely stored, however credit card details are NOT recorded or stored by Hair Extensions Direct.
